My team is super supportive, and there are always opportunities to learn new things about the supply chain industry. It's a stable company in the 3PL space.

Solid logistics company, but slow growth
Pros: The team is solid, and I learned a lot about logistics operations. Benefits are pretty decent for corporate logistics. You feel secure here, which is a big plus.
Cons: Career growth as an Operations Manager is really slow. There's no clear promotion path, so you can feel stuck after a few years. Internal movement isn't encouraged much at the Chattanooga, TN office.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and invest in internal development programs for current employees. More transparency around promotions would help a lot.

Leadership needs more consistency at Kenco
Pros: Some site managers are really solid. They back their teams and understand the day-to-day challenges of the supply chain industry. I've seen good opportunities to learn new systems and processes, especially for new hires.
Cons: Leadership can be pretty inconsistent across different sites. There's often a lack of clear communication from higher-ups, which makes our onsite jobs harder. It feels like new initiatives sometimes come down without enough thought.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing consistent leadership training programs. Improve top-down communication so frontline managers feel more supported. Give site leaders more autonomy to make decisions that fit their specific operations.
