Pros: Being a Software Engineer here, I've had some good days where the workload feels manageable. There's a decent hybrid work setup in the Ho Chi Minh City office, which helps with flexibility.
Cons: But it's an IT consulting environment, so project deadlines can hit hard. I often found myself putting in long hours, especially close to client deliverables, which doesn't leave much personal time.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage client expectations and project scope. More support for teams during crunch times could really improve the work-life balance for onsite and hybrid employees.

Pros: They do offer a hybrid work model, which is nice. As a Software Engineer, you get a couple WFH days a week. It helps avoid the daily commute in Ho Chi Minh City traffic.
Cons: But some project teams are super strict about coming in. It's not truly flexible for all roles in this large corporate environment. Sometimes it feels like they push for more onsite time.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid policy across all projects. Managers should empower teams more for genuine work-flexibility.

Pros: Some of the project managers here genuinely care about their teams. They're good at protecting us from too much corporate noise. You get decent exposure to various digital transformation projects in the Ho Chi Minh City office, which is a plus for career development.
Cons: Upper management often seems out of touch with day-to-day operations. There's a lack of clear strategic direction sometimes, which can make planning tough for software development teams. Decisions feel top-down and aren't always explained well.
Advice to Management: Try to be more visible and transparent with your teams. Listen to the feedback from senior software engineers on the ground. Clearer communication about the company's direction would really help us all.
