Company Reviews

When Isprava was founded in 2016, we were committed to building an enduring legacy in the luxury real estate segment. Our goal was simple: we wanted to provide homeowners with luxury villas that showcased high-end living in India like never before. It seemed a mammoth task to manifest, but one we were determined to achieve. Six years and 150+ homes later, we are proud to say that Isprava has come a long way as a leader in the luxury home segment.

Our defining principles—exclusivity, comfort and integrity—exemplify the deep commitment we have towards offering our customers only the best. Today we have become acknowledged connoisseurs of crafting unique lifestyle experiences through singularly distinctive homes in rarely explored locations. It is a matter of great satisfaction to know that our valued customers enjoy our homes in Goa, the Nilgiris and Alibaug.

We’re coming out stronger in a post-pandemic world—more focused, more committed and more determined. This is still, just the beginning of our tenacious journey to setting a benchmark in luxury living. We invite you to be a part of the Isprava experience.

Fast-paced but supportive sales culture
Pros: The sales team here is really supportive; we help each other out a lot. You get to learn a ton about the luxury real estate sales process. It's a growing startup, so there's always something new happening.
Cons: Work-life balance is often a struggle, especially for onsite roles at the Goa office. Expect late nights during busy periods. Sometimes, communication from upper management feels a bit disconnected from day-to-day operations.
Advice to Management: Try to make work-life balance more sustainable, especially for onsite Sales Executives. Clearer career paths and more consistent communication would help a lot.

Okay for Real Estate, but Flexibility is Limited
Pros: You learn a lot about luxury property development here. The projects are really cool, focusing on unique second homes. The team in the Goa office is generally supportive, and you get to work on some truly beautiful designs.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't great, especially as a Project Coordinator. It's mostly onsite work, and remote options are pretty much non-existent. Expect long hours; managing multiple luxury real estate projects means constant demands. Don't plan on leaving right at 5 PM.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid options for certain roles or at least clearer boundaries on working hours for project-based staff. It would really help with retention.

Learning is solid, but career growth is slow.
Pros: I learned a ton about the luxury real estate industry here. The team environment for us Sales Associates in the Goa office was pretty good, everyone's supportive.
Cons: There isn't much room to move up for non-management roles. I didn't see a clear path for career growth beyond my current position. It feels like a startup where progression just isn't a priority.
Advice to Management: Create actual career progression paths for your team members. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't see a future here. Invest in employee development beyond just sales targets.
