Pros: You get solid experience working directly with the community. It's a stable non-profit organization, and the daily work as a Community Program Coordinator is pretty meaningful. Good for learning the ropes.
Cons: The biggest thing for me was career growth. There just isn't a lot of room to move up quickly here. Opportunities for advancement are tough since it's a smaller organization, and senior roles don't open often.
