Pearl West acquires, builds, and scales high-growth consumer brands.

We partner with brands at key inflection points—whether during founder transition, rapid scaling, or operational reset. Our portfolio includes both acquired brands and brands we’ve built from the ground up, all supported by our in house infrastructure and experienced team.

We’re a lean, driven group of builders, operators, and brand obsessives with a shared passion for scaling what matters.

At the intersection of finance, creativity, product development, supply chain, consumer insight & channel expansion, our team combines analytical rigor with startup energy to grow a portfolio of high-performing CPG brands.

Our leadership comes from diverse backgrounds—marketing, M&A, brand strategy, omnichannel growth united by one thing: an execution-first mindset. Strategy is nothing without momentum, and we believe speed, testing, and relentless improvement are what set good brands apart from great ones.

Project Coordinator

Decent for a corporate job, but has its moments.
Pros: They do offer hybrid work which is a huge plus. Being able to WFH a few days a week really helps with commuting in Chicago, IL and managing personal stuff. For a Project Coordinator role, the day-to-day isn't usually overwhelming and there are some "no meeting" blocks which are great for focus.
Cons: When a big project deadline hits, expect some late nights or even weekend work. It's tough in this corporate environment sometimes. Communication isn't always clear, which can lead to last-minute asks that mess up your evening plans. It's not consistent.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize project timelines better and improve communication across departments. This would really help reduce unexpected crunch times for project management roles.

Account Manager

Team's great, but leadership needs work
Pros: I'd say the best part of working here, especially for entry-level Account Manager roles, was my immediate team. Everyone was super supportive. We had a pretty decent work-life balance for a marketing agency, usually sticking to 45-hour weeks.
Cons: The biggest struggle was with senior leadership. There's often a lack of clear direction, especially in terms of client strategy, which made things tough for my team. Also, career growth isn't well-defined for us in the Portland office.
Advice to Management: Please invest more in leadership training. Clearer communication on company vision and client strategy would help everyone, especially the Account Manager teams on the ground. Also, define pathways for career progression.
