Pros: The team culture among other Sales Representatives in the Toronto office was great, very supportive. We had solid administrative support, which helps with closing pre-construction deals. Decent commission structure if you really hustle.
Cons: Leadership often pivots strategies without clear communication for the sales team. It makes planning tough for new condo launches. There's not much structured career growth for individual contributors.
Advice to Management: Try to set a consistent vision for the company and communicate strategy changes better. It'd really help the sales agents on the ground.
