Solid Place to Build a Career in Security
Pros: The supportive team environment is great; we truly look out for each other, essential for security services. As a Security Officer, I value the job stability and opportunities for professional development through new protocol training. Management respects personal time, offering a good work-life balance for an on-site role. Compensation is fair for the industry.
Cons: The promotion path could be clearer and faster. Some administrative processes feel a bit slow and could be more efficient.

Decent Culture, Be Ready to Work Hard
Pros: The team in the Dallas office is genuinely great. Everyone gets along and there's a real sense of camaraderie, especially among the field staff. It makes working on physical security projects much smoother.
Cons: The company culture is really driven by client demands, so it's a very on-call environment. As a Security Operations Manager, I felt constant pressure. It's tough to have a good work-life balance when you're always connected.
Advice to Management: Invest in more staffing, especially for corporate security roles. It would help prevent burnout and really boost morale across the board.

Culture is okay, but it's a corporate environment
Pros: The teams generally get along well. We collaborate decently on physical security projects. There's a solid sense of camaraderie within smaller groups, especially in the Dallas office. It's not a bad place to learn the ropes in the security industry.
Cons: Decision-making feels really slow sometimes. It's a corporate environment, so expect bureaucracy for even small changes. For security analyst roles, growth paths aren't always super clear. Leadership could be more transparent.
Advice to Management: Try to simplify some of the internal processes. Give managers more autonomy to make quicker decisions.
