Pay's okay, benefits are decent for remote work
Pros: The healthcare benefits are actually pretty solid for a company in the virtual assistant services industry. You get decent coverage, and it's nice working fully remote. As a Customer Support Specialist, I appreciate the flexibility.
Cons: However, the base pay for Customer Support Specialist roles here isn't super competitive. It feels a bit low for the amount of work, especially considering the cost of living even when you're WFH. There aren't many opportunities for significant bonuses either.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously review compensation for Customer Support Specialists. Bringing salaries up to market rate would make a big difference for retention and morale.

Decent Place for Remote VA Work
Pros: You usually have pretty steady work once you get assigned to a client as a Virtual Assistant. It's nice being remote from California, saving commute time, which feels secure.
Cons: Job security isn't always great, especially if your client leaves Veta Virtual. Projects can get cut quickly, and there's no guarantee of another placement for remote support roles.
Advice to Management: Try to create more stable client-to-VA relationships and have a better plan for VAs when clients leave or projects end unexpectedly. It'd boost morale and retention.
