Pros: Kamstrup is a really stable company, which I appreciate. As a Software Engineer in the utility tech industry, it's great to work on actual products that make a difference in smart metering. The work flexibility here is a huge plus; I've been able to easily adjust my hours and work hybrid, which really helps with my work-life balance. My colleagues are also super supportive and always willing to lend a hand.
Cons: Things can move a bit slower sometimes due to the size of the company, especially when it comes to internal processes or getting approvals for new ideas. Career progression can feel a little gradual, so if you're looking for super-fast promotions, it might not be the place.
Advice to Management: Streamline some of the internal approval processes to encourage quicker innovation and offer clearer paths for faster career growth for ambitious employees.
