Pros: There's a solid sense of camaraderie within individual teams, especially for us in software development. People generally help each other out. They do have decent team social events, which is nice. I liked the hybrid model, it gave flexibility.
Cons: The overall company culture feels a bit corporate, not very startup-like. Sometimes it felt cliquey, making it tough for new hires to break into certain groups. Transparency from senior leadership isn't always there, which is a bummer for a tech industry company.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more genuine inclusion across departments. Don't just rely on formal programs; encourage organic team building. Also, more open communication from leadership would really help boost morale and trust.
