Pros: The biggest plus is definitely the work-from-home setup. As a Recruiting Specialist, I can really manage my own day which helps a lot. It's perfect for juggling personal stuff, especially being in the staffing industry and dealing with cloud accounting candidates across different time zones.
Cons: Sometimes the communication feels a bit disjointed due to everyone being remote. It can be tough to get quick answers, which slows down finding the right accounting talent. The workload can also spike without much warning.
Advice to Management: Try to implement some better tools or regular check-ins to keep the remote teams more connected. Clearer expectations on workload peaks would also help us manage our time better.
