Pros: The team in the Austin, TX office is genuinely great, and I learned a lot about branding and digital marketing. It's a mid-sized agency, so you get decent exposure to different projects. Work-life balance here is okay if you don't need much flexibility.
Cons: The 'hybrid' model really isn't flexible for Marketing Coordinator roles. We had strict in-office days, making it tough to schedule personal appointments. It felt like we were just expected to be at our desks from 9-5, even for tasks that could be done remotely. Is there any actual flexibility? Not really.
Advice to Management: Consider offering real work flexibility, especially for roles like Marketing Coordinator. Trust your employees to get the work done, whether they're in the office or working remotely, instead of enforcing strict in-office attendance.

Pros: My direct team lead was solid, really helped me learn the ropes as a junior marketing specialist. The vibe among colleagues in the New York, NY office is good. For a marketing startup, the benefits are actually decent.
Cons: Senior leadership often seems a bit disconnected from daily marketing operations. Decisions can feel very top-down, without much input from the team. Career paths aren't always super clear, especially with changes in leadership.
Advice to Management: Try to get more input from the ground level. Junior marketing specialists have ideas too. Make career paths clearer for everyone.
