Pros: As a Member Service Representative, my hours were super consistent. I usually worked 40 hours a week and got weekends off, which is a huge plus in the credit union industry. It's nice not to worry about late nights or working from home.
Cons: Work flexibility is pretty low for onsite roles in the Kansas City office. It's hard to swap shifts if something comes up last minute. When we hit busy periods, it feels like there's no breathing room.
Advice to Management: Try to give a little more flexibility with scheduling, especially for the longer-tenured employees. It would really boost morale.
