Pros: As a Recruitment Specialist, the base salary was pretty competitive for the Austin, TX market. Hitting my placement targets meant decent quarterly bonuses, which was nice. They also had a solid 401k match.
Cons: Health insurance premiums were really high; it ate into my take-home pay. There aren't many other perks, unlike what some bigger tech recruiting firms offer. PTO accrual was quite slow, making vacation planning tough.
Advice to Management: Management should really look at making health benefits more affordable. Consider offering better PTO or other unique perks to keep good talent.
