Pros: I liked the people; my team in the Phoenix, AZ office was great. It's a good place to learn the basics of IT solutions sales. You get hands-on experience quickly for an entry-level tech distribution role.
Cons: Career growth is really slow. As a Sales Representative, there aren't many clear promotion paths. You kinda just stay at your level, which gets frustrating. I didn't see much opportunity to advance or take on new challenges.
Advice to Management: Work on creating clearer career progression plans for your sales team. Invest in more training programs so people can actually move up.
