Culture's Decent, But Could Use Some Spark
Pros: The people are generally good to work with here. There's a decent support system, especially for new hires in digital experience roles. The hybrid work model is a big plus for flexibility.
Cons: The culture feels a bit too corporate sometimes. It's not as lively as smaller agencies I've worked for. Team events are pretty rare, which makes it tough to really bond, especially with people in the Washington D.C. Metro Area office.
Advice to Management: Focus more on consistent team activities and building a stronger sense of community. Invest in regular social events for hybrid teams to foster better connections.

Culture is okay, but it's a big change.
Pros: As a UX Designer here, I've had some good teammates. There's a decent sense of camaraderie within smaller project teams, especially for hybrid workers. The original Cyber-Duck vibe was pretty solid; it felt more like a tight-knit digital agency.
Cons: Since CACI took over, the culture has shifted quite a bit. It feels much more corporate now, less of that startup energy we once had. Sometimes it feels like there's a disconnect between upper management and the project delivery teams.
Advice to Management: Try to hold onto some of that original Cyber-Duck culture and spirit. Better communication from leadership to the teams would help a lot, especially regarding the company's long-term vision post-acquisition. Remember the value of the digital agency feel.
