Cons: The biggest worry is the constant talk of restructuring and budget cuts. They laid off a few people recently, which really shook things up for us. It feels like remote accounting jobs are especially vulnerable when they're looking to trim headcount.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about company health and future plans. It would really help reduce anxiety among employees.
