Pros: The team environment for us Software Engineers was pretty solid, everyone helped each other out. I liked the hybrid work setup in the Dallas, TX office; it offered good flexibility for my schedule.
Cons: Leadership often felt disconnected from what we were actually doing in the IT consulting industry. There wasn't much clear direction from upper management on project priorities, which made things tough.
