Okay for starting out, but growth is slow
Pros: I've learned a lot of new things, especially as a junior Software Engineer. It's a pretty collaborative environment if you're new to a mid-size tech company. The hybrid model is decent, too.
Cons: Career progression here feels pretty stuck after a couple of years. There aren't many senior engineering roles opening up, even in the Seattle office. It's tough to see a clear path forward for real advancement.
Advice to Management: Please define clearer career paths and invest more in employee development programs. People want to know what it takes to get to the next level.
