Pros: I've learned a ton as a Software Engineer here. The team is collaborative, and we often work on interesting new tech. It's great for building your resume, especially in the growing AI/ML space.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough. There's a lot of pressure to hit sprint deadlines, and it's not uncommon to work past 5 PM. It's harder to disconnect when you're working remote from home.
Advice to Management: Try to set more realistic expectations for project timelines. Our Software Engineers need more breathing room, especially with remote work blurring lines. Implement stricter no-meeting Fridays.
