Pros: The biggest pro here is definitely the work flexibility. As a remote Software Engineer, I've got a lot of control over my schedule, which is great for personal stuff. They really do embrace a fully remote setup, which isn't always true at other tech startups.
Cons: Sometimes the flexible hours mean inconsistent team syncs, which can be tough. There's also not much structure for in-person collaboration, even if you want it occasionally, since everyone's remote from different time zones.
Advice to Management: Try to implement some core overlapping hours for better team communication. It would help with those inconsistent sync issues.
