Pros: The people here are really great. I've always felt supported by my teammates, especially as a Data Analyst. There's a solid collaborative energy among us.
Cons: It's a data analytics startup, so things get pretty wild sometimes. Communication from leadership can feel a bit scattered. The hybrid work setup is okay, but not everyone feels equally connected.
Advice to Management: Try to make communication more consistent from the top down. As the team grows, it's tough to keep everyone on the same page, especially with hybrid work.

Pros: I really liked my immediate team. Everyone was super supportive, which is great as a Data Analyst just starting out. There's a decent amount of collaboration on data analytics projects if you find the right people.
Cons: The culture feels a bit cliquey at times, especially in the office. Transparency from upper management could be way better for this tech industry role. Sometimes the focus on hitting metrics overshadows genuine teamwork, which makes it tough.
Advice to Management: Focus on fostering a more inclusive environment across all teams, not just within specific groups. Improve communication and transparency from the top down to help the hybrid model thrive.

Pros: I've really liked working with my immediate team here at DataXight. The work itself, often with various data analytics platforms, is pretty engaging and you get to learn a lot. It's also nice being a remote employee, which is a big plus for work flexibility.
Cons: The biggest issue is leadership. They don't seem to get the day-to-day challenges for Data Analyst roles. Decisions are often slow and sometimes feel disconnected from reality, especially for us remote folks. There's not much clear direction for career growth either.
Advice to Management: Try to involve the teams more in strategic planning. Listen to the feedback from the people on the ground, especially those working with the core data analytics platforms. It would help a lot with morale and getting things done faster.
