Good place for quick learning, less for structured growth
Pros: I picked up a lot about product adoption and the SaaS industry quickly. As a Customer Success Manager, I got to work on varied accounts. The fully remote setup is a huge plus for work flexibility.
Cons: There isn't much of a clear career growth path. If you're looking for a promotion or a defined next step, it's pretty vague. It's a typical fast-growing SaaS startup feel, so you often have to carve out your own opportunities.
Advice to Management: Build out some clearer career development plans. It'd help retain talent, especially for roles like Customer Success Managers, if there were defined steps for advancement.
