Pros: I've really enjoyed my time at Smartly as a Digital Marketing Specialist. The team here is incredibly supportive, and I've learned a ton about the ad tech industry. It's a stable company with good job security, which is a huge plus. There's also decent work flexibility, making it easier to balance my personal life.
Cons: The only real drawback I've seen is that career progression can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially for mid-level roles. There are definitely opportunities, but the promotion process isn't always super quick. Also, internal communication could be a little smoother on cross-departmental projects.
