Hybrid Model is Okay, Could Improve
Pros: As a Project Coordinator in the Oil & Gas industry, the hybrid work model is a decent perk. I can work from home a couple of days a week, which really helps with my commute to the Houston, TX office. It's nice not to be fully onsite all the time.
