I've been fortunate to work with incredibly smart and supportive colleagues in Santa Clara. It's a solid environment for learning and career development in the dynamic AI industry.
Cons: Being a rapidly growing AI startup, the pace can be very fast, leading to occasional periods of intense work which can sometimes impact work-life balance. Communication can occasionally struggle between rapidly scaling teams, though leadership is generally working on it. Also, the promotion process can sometimes feel a bit slower than anticipated.
