Pros: The work-life balance for an onsite Sales Representative in the Greenwood, SC office is pretty decent most of the time. You usually stick to 40-45 hour weeks, which isn't bad for the construction sector. Management generally respects your off-hours, which I appreciate.
Cons: Sometimes, reaching sales targets means extra calls and emails outside normal hours. It can be hard to truly disconnect or take long vacations without feeling behind. The corporate structure doesn't offer much flexibility if you need it.
Advice to Management: Try to support the sales teams better during peak periods to lessen individual pressure. More resources or clearer expectations could help us maintain work-life boundaries.

What is VELUX's policy on remote work for roles like marketing specialists in the Denmark office?
VELUX offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to combine remote and office-based work. For many roles, including marketing specialists in Denmark, this typically means a set number of days in the office per week, promoting flexibility while maintaining team collaboration.
