Pros: I really appreciate the work flexibility here. As a Security Engineer, I've been able to work remotely from the San Francisco Bay Area, which is a huge plus. They're pretty good about flexible hours too, which helps a lot with personal appointments and managing my day.
Cons: Sometimes the global team meetings mean really late nights or super early mornings, which can mess with the 'flexible' part. It's a fast-paced startup environment, so you can feel a bit of pressure to be 'on' even after hours, which impacts actual unplug time.
Advice to Management: Try to schedule global meetings more considerately for different time zones to truly support work-life balance for remote teams. A clearer policy around after-hours communication might help too.
