Culture's fine for a space startup.
Pros: The team in the Fino Mornasco office is really passionate about space logistics. Everyone's pretty driven, which is cool for a startup environment. You'll get to work on interesting in-orbit servicing projects.
Cons: Sometimes the company culture feels a bit disorganized, like they're still figuring things out. Communication can be tough across different departments. It's not always easy to get clear direction.
Advice to Management: Try to improve internal communication and create clearer paths for career progression. A better hybrid work model would also help retain talent.
