Pros: As an Account Executive, the base salary is pretty decent for a growing fintech company. You can make good commission if you hit your sales targets, which is fair for the payment processing industry.
Cons: The health benefits aren't great; high deductibles are a real pain. Don't expect much from the 401k match either, it's pretty minimal compared to other tech companies. For the Orlando office, true WFH flexibility isn't always an option.
Advice to Management: Management should really look at improving health benefit plans and boosting the 401k match. It'd help attract and keep talent in this competitive fintech market.
