Decent Benefits, Pay Could Be More Competitive

Cons: Base salary for Technical Account Manager roles feels a bit low for the amount of EDI solutions work we do. It's tough to negotiate much higher. Annual raises aren't very substantial and don't quite keep up with the cost of living or industry standards for retail technology positions.
