Pros: I like that some teams offer a decent hybrid model, so I wasn't always stuck in the Hyderabad office. When you get on a good client project, the hours can be pretty standard, around 40-45 hours a week for software development roles. It's a big IT services company, so there's some stability.
Cons: The biggest issue for work-life balance is project dependency. If you're on a demanding client project, expect longer hours, sometimes 50+ hours easily. Weekend work isn't super common, but it's not unheard of, especially during crunch times. It can get tough to switch off after work.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize project loads across teams and empower managers to push back on unrealistic client deadlines. Clearer expectations for work-life balance on demanding projects would really help employees.

Pros: They've got a decent hybrid model in place for Software Engineer roles, which is good. You can usually split your time between home and the Pune office. Some project managers are pretty understanding when you need to adjust your schedule.
Cons: Work flexibility really depends on your project and client demands, which is a major downside. For some IT consulting engagements, you're pretty much expected onsite constantly. It's tough if your manager isn't keen on WFH options.
Advice to Management: Standardize work from home policies across all projects, especially for engineering roles. Don't let client demands completely dictate employee flexibility.

Pros: I've gained a lot of experience as a Software Engineer, working on diverse digital product engineering projects. Remote flexibility is a huge plus, letting me work from Texas without commuting. The team culture on my current project is pretty solid.
Cons: The biggest downside is job security. When projects end, there's always that worry about bench time or getting let go if they can't find a new client for you. It's tough not having that steady feeling.
Advice to Management: Try to improve communication about future projects and career paths when a current project is winding down. It would ease a lot of anxiety for technical roles.
