Pros: You learn a ton about fintech solutions and supporting hedge fund clients. The team for my specific role as a Technical Support Analyst was decent and helpful. There's a solid support system if you're willing to ask.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough, especially supporting these financial services IT firms. It felt like an old-school corporate vibe, not a flexible startup. Not much hybrid work flexibility for support roles in the NYC office.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more work flexibility, especially for technical support roles. Modernize the company culture a bit to attract and retain talent in the competitive NYC market.
