Supportive Environment, Meaningful Public Sector Work
Pros: The team here is really supportive, which makes a big difference. I love that the work directly contributes to local development and helping the community; it's very meaningful. There are good learning opportunities if you seek them out, and it's a stable public sector job.
Cons: Like most public sector places, things can move a bit slowly sometimes with approvals. Also, while leadership is good, better cross-departmental communication would help streamline projects a bit more.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving cross-departmental communication to make project execution more efficient and transparent for everyone involved. Streamlining some of the approval processes could also greatly benefit the team's productivity and morale.

Okay pay for local government work.
Pros: The pay for local development roles is solid and predictable. You get decent vacation time, which is a nice perk for public sector jobs in the Solsona area.
Cons: Don't expect big salary jumps, it's pretty flat. Raises are slow, especially for a Project Coordinator trying to advance.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing salary bands for experienced staff. It'd help retain good talent for community initiatives.

Decent team, but culture needs a refresh
Pros: The team here, especially the other Project Coordinators, are really supportive. It's cool working for a local development agency; you feel like you're actually helping the community in the Solsona office. We had some interesting initiatives.
Cons: The company culture felt a bit old-school, honestly. There's not much room for new ideas or different ways of doing things, even for public sector roles. Sometimes, communication could be really unclear from management.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to new approaches and actively ask for feedback from employees. Modernizing the work environment would really help attract and keep talent.
