Pros: I've really liked the remote work arrangement; it's great working from Texas. As a Recruitment Specialist, I learned a ton about the tech recruitment space. My direct manager was usually pretty solid and supportive, which made a difference. It's a true startup, so there's a lot of autonomy.
Cons: Upper leadership can be a bit disconnected. Sometimes the vision for the whole talent acquisition team wasn't super clear. It made planning for individual career growth tough. Clear metrics for promotion weren't always obvious.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer roadmaps for team growth and consistent communication from senior leadership.

Pros: I've enjoyed the flexibility working remote from Denver. The team is good, and you can really master your current role in talent acquisition. WFH setup is excellent, which is a huge plus for a recruiting platform.
Cons: Career growth is pretty much non-existent for recruitment roles. There aren't many opportunities to take on new projects or get promoted. Feels like a flat structure for many roles, especially after the initial startup phase.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer paths for career progression, especially for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists. Offer more training or internal mobility options beyond just recruitment roles to keep people engaged.

Pros: The biggest pro is definitely the work-from-home setup. As a Recruitment Specialist, I appreciate not having a commute. They're pretty good about flexible hours, which is a huge plus for my work-life balance.
Cons: The company culture feels pretty isolated. It's hard to connect with colleagues since everyone's remote, and there aren't many team-building events. Sometimes I feel like just a cog in the machine.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more connection among remote employees. More virtual social events or even optional in-person meetups could help.
