Pros: I really liked my team; everyone in the Austin office was super supportive and collaborative. The benefits are decent for a tech company, and the hybrid work model is a huge plus for work-life balance. We get solid health insurance and a good 401k match.
Cons: Career growth for a Software Engineer here is pretty slow, honestly. There aren't many clear paths for promotion, especially if you're not in a senior role already. You really have to push hard to get new responsibilities in the SaaS product development area.
