Culture's okay, but workload can be a lot
Pros: The team here is generally supportive. It's a solid place for remote work, and I've learned a ton about CRO and A/B testing as a CRO Specialist. They do a good job with WFH flexibility.
Cons: Work-life balance can get tough. You're often juggling too many client projects, especially in a digital marketing agency setting. Sometimes it feels like they expect 24/7 availability.
Advice to Management: Try to cap client assignments per CRO Specialist. Support teams better to avoid burnout.

Solid job security for a digital marketing agency
Pros: I've felt pretty secure in my role as a Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst. The company has a good pipeline of clients, so there's always work, which is great for a digital marketing agency. We rarely see big layoffs, which is a relief.
Cons: Sometimes client projects can shift, which affects workload slightly. It's not a huge deal, but it means you don't always know what's coming next. Being remote from Austin, TX, I sometimes feel a bit disconnected from internal team strategy discussions.
Advice to Management: Keep focusing on client diversification to maintain stability. Better communication on future project forecasts would also help us plan.

Remote is okay, but it's not always flexible
Pros: I really appreciated the fully remote setup. It's awesome not commuting for a CRO agency. You can work from anywhere, which is a huge plus for those of us wanting WFH.
Cons: True work flexibility isn't always there, despite being remote. There's pressure to be online during specific client hours. Sometimes you're stuck in long meetings, making it hard to manage personal stuff.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better managing client expectations regarding response times. It would help Digital Marketing Analysts get more actual flexibility. Encourage more async work where possible.
