Pros: The core product is solid, so there's underlying stability. For Software Engineer roles, projects generally don't get canceled mid-flight often. They've invested in our Austin, TX office and tech stack which is a good sign.
Cons: We've had a few rounds of reorgs which makes things feel a bit shaky. There's always some uncertainty, especially after an acquisition. It's not as stable as some larger, older corporate tech firms.
Advice to Management: Focus on clear communication during organizational changes. Give us more insight into long-term strategic plans to ease concerns about job security.
