Pros: I really liked my immediate team leads as a Data Analyst. They were supportive and helped me grow my skills in predictive modeling. The hybrid work model was also a huge plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Upper management sometimes felt disconnected from daily operations in the Tel Aviv office. There wasn't always a clear vision, which made it tough for long-term project planning. It felt like they didn't really invest in developing middle management, which trickled down.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing your middle managers and provide a clearer, consistent strategic direction. Empower teams more and trust their expertise.
