Pros: It's super exciting to be part of the aerospace industry here. You get to work on real rocket development, which is pretty awesome. I learned a ton fast as an Associate Engineer.
Cons: The work-life balance isn't great, especially in a startup environment like this. There's a lot of pressure, and I often worked long hours, including weekends, for onsite work in the Cedar Park office. It can definitely lead to burnout.
Advice to Management: Management should really think about employee burnout and setting more realistic expectations for project timelines. More attention to personal time would help retain talent in this demanding aerospace industry.
