Pros: The base salary for Account Manager roles is pretty solid for the marketing industry. I felt compensated fairly for my day-to-day work, especially since I was working remotely. They do offer decent health insurance options.
Cons: However, the 401k match wasn't great; it's definitely below average. PTO accrual felt a little slow, and I didn't see much transparency in the bonus structure. For a big agency network, I expected more robust benefits.
