Account Coordinator

Decent for WFH, but watch the workload
Pros: Working as an Account Coordinator here, the hybrid work setup is a solid perk. It's great to have days at home, especially with Manila traffic. For loyalty program roles, this flexibility helps a lot.
Cons: Sometimes the work-life balance gets tricky. You're often dealing with global teams, so hours can stretch beyond 40 hour weeks. It's not always easy to disconnect from urgent customer engagement tasks.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better workload distribution. Help teams manage expectations for projects involving different time zones.

Customer Service Representative

Leadership's fine, but room for improvement
Pros: You get to work with some really great people. Benefits are decent for the industry. Some team leaders are genuinely supportive and help you grow your customer service skills.
Cons: It feels like upper management is out of touch sometimes. Leadership communication can be a mess, especially for those of us in the Makati office doing contact center work. Career growth for a Customer Service Representative isn't always clear.
Advice to Management: Try to be more visible and listen to feedback from the teams. Consistent training for all levels of leadership would really help.
