Okay for data analytics, flexibility could be better
It's an okay place to work, especially if you're early in your data analytics career. But flexibility definitely needs work.
The team is generally supportive, which helps when you're learning the ropes as a Data Analyst. There's a decent focus on collaboration in the Austin, TX office. You do learn a lot about the data analytics industry.
Work flexibility is pretty rigid here. It's a mandatory hybrid model, three days in the office, no exceptions for analytics roles. This makes it tough to manage personal appointments, even with a solid internet connection for WFH days.
Consider offering more flexible hybrid options or occasional remote work for data analysts. Trust your employees more.
