Good tech, but culture needs work
Pros: As a Software Engineer, I've worked on some really decent projects here. The team members are generally smart and helpful. It's a true startup environment, so things move quickly.
Cons: The company culture is pretty chaotic. There's not much structure for how teams collaborate, which causes some frustration. New hires often struggle to find their footing without clear guidance.
Advice to Management: Management should really invest in better processes and onboarding. Clearer communication on goals would help everyone.

Pay's solid, benefits could improve for software roles
Pros: As a Software Engineer in Austin, TX, I found the base salary pretty competitive. They offer a solid 401k match, which is a nice perk for a mid-sized software company. It's a stable gig.
Cons: The health insurance plans aren't great; premiums are high and coverage isn't fantastic. Don't expect big annual bonuses or stock options here either. Pay raises aren't super frequent.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate the health insurance options to make them more affordable and comprehensive. Consider introducing some form of stock options or a more attractive bonus structure to better retain top talent.
