Okay for a Remote VA Role, Culture Needs Work
Pros: I've been a Virtual Assistant here for a while. The best part is the work flexibility; it's great for managing personal life, especially working remote from Philippines. You get exposed to different client needs in the outsourcing industry, which is cool.
Cons: The company culture feels really detached. There's not much team building or connection among us VAs. Communication can be spotty, and it feels like everyone's just doing their own thing without much camaraderie.
Advice to Management: Focus more on fostering a sense of community for remote teams. Regular check-ins beyond just client work and some virtual team events would really help improve morale and connection for us Virtual Assistants.

Solid Remote Flexibility for Virtual Assistants
Pros: I really liked the remote work aspect. It's great being able to work from my home in the Philippines, especially for Virtual Assistant roles. The ability to somewhat choose your shift hours is a major benefit for personal appointments.
Cons: The 'flexibility' often means clients expect you to be available outside standard hours. It's tough in the BPO industry when you're dealing with different time zones. Sometimes you're on call even if you set your own hours.
Advice to Management: Management should set clearer boundaries with clients about expected availability. It would help Virtual Assistants manage their time better and truly benefit from the advertised flexibility.
