Good Start, But Growth Can Be Slow
Pros: They really push you to learn about digital banking products. You get solid exposure to a fintech startup environment. There's decent training for a Customer Service Representative in the NYC office.
Cons: Career growth isn't always clear for frontline banking roles. It's hard to move up without a lot of self-advocacy. Promotion paths feel pretty limited for a while.
Advice to Management: Management should clearly map out internal promotion paths for Customer Service Representatives. Invest in development programs to help people move into other banking roles more smoothly.

Fast-paced digital banking, but culture needs work
Pros: Working with smart people in the Tel Aviv office was a real plus. We had a solid team vibe among other Software Engineer roles, especially in the early days. It's a good place to learn a lot if you're keen on the fintech industry.
Cons: The startup culture can be pretty demanding. There's a lot of pressure to always do more, which often leads to long hours. Recognition for extra effort isn't always there, and sometimes it felt like communication from leadership was a bit lacking.
Advice to Management: Try to recognize employee contributions more consistently. Acknowledge when teams are working overtime and find ways to alleviate the pressure, even in a fast-paced environment.
