Decent Flexibility for Sales, Could Improve
Pros: As a Sales Representative, I had good autonomy to plan my client visits each week. Hybrid work is an option a couple of days if you aren't out in the field. It's fine for managing your own schedule to a point.
Cons: Actual remote flexibility isn't really a thing beyond that basic hybrid setup. Management is pretty traditional, so extra WFH requests often get denied. It's not ideal if you need truly flexible hours in this corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Consider embracing more modern work arrangements, especially for roles like field sales that don't need constant office presence. A bit more trust and flexibility would really help employee morale.

Sales Account Manager

Culture is stable but a bit old-school
Pros: Working as a Sales Account Manager here, the team in the Manchester office is truly supportive. Everyone helps each other out. It's a solid place if you like a steady pace in the safety equipment distribution business.
Cons: The company culture can feel pretty set in its ways. There's not much room for new ideas. It's tough to get real career growth, especially for long-term sales roles. Leadership needs to be more forward-thinking.
Advice to Management: Try to encourage more innovation from the ground up. Listen to ideas from your sales team; we see what customers want. Improve the path for career growth to keep good people around.
