Pros: The sales team is pretty collaborative, which helps when you're out doing route sales. They do offer a hybrid model for some administrative tasks, which is a small plus. You learn a lot about product distribution.
Cons: Work-life balance here is tough. As a Sales Representative, you're expected to be on call a lot, and field work hours are long. Weekends get eaten up sometimes, especially during peak seasons in the vending machine industry.
Advice to Management: Management needs to rethink sales targets and staffing. Give the sales team more support so we can actually have some downtime.
