Leadership needs a lot more development
Pros: Some senior engineers are really sharp, which helps with complex engineering consulting projects. They push for onsite collaboration in the Zaragoza office, which can be good for learning as an Industrial Engineer. The team vibe is generally solid among colleagues.
Cons: Leadership overall needs work. There's a real lack of clear direction from the top for many project management tasks. Decisions often feel slow, and it's tough to get consistent feedback or support on big initiatives. They don't seem to invest much in manager training.
Advice to Management: Invest in proper leadership training for your project managers and team leads. Improve communication channels and make decision-making processes more transparent. Employees need clear direction and consistent support.

Decent Flexibility for Industrial Engineering
Pros: I've found the work flexibility pretty decent here, especially for Project Engineer roles. We often get a hybrid model which is great. It helps a lot with personal appointments and managing your week.
Cons: Sometimes, the flexibility feels a bit uneven across teams. If you're swamped with a big industrial engineering project, it's tough to take advantage of the remote options. The Zaragoza office can get really busy.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid policy across all departments so everyone can benefit fairly. Make sure industrial engineering teams aren't always tethered to the office.

Pay is Decent, But Could Be Better
Pros: The base salary for an Industrial Engineer is a decent starting point. You do get paid on time, and there's a small yearly bonus. It's a solid, reliable paycheck.
Cons: I've seen more competitive pay packages at other engineering consulting firms. The benefits are pretty basic; there's not much flexibility or uniqueness there. Raises aren't very generous.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the current market rates for industrial engineering professionals in the Aragón region. Enhancing the benefits package could really help attract and retain top talent.
