Pros: The biggest pro is definitely the remote work arrangement. I've been working remotely from Texas since day one, which is super convenient. For Client Relations Specialist roles, the flexibility helps with daily tasks and personal appointments.
Cons: Work-life balance can get tough, especially when dealing with offshore teams. You sometimes have to take calls very early or late, which stretches your workday. As an outsourcing company, client demands can be intense, leading to longer hours.
Advice to Management: Try to implement clearer boundaries for after-hours communication, especially for remote outsourcing roles. It'd help a lot with burnout.
